If you choose the 2003 M3 CSL, be certain the the engine upgrades were installed by BMW. Otherwise, you may have main/rod bearing failure.
Both are wonderful cars.

Umm without a doubt the mercedes CLS cutie.
The M3 CSL must be the ultimate thrill on 4 wheels BMW has ever built as far as "normal" road going car goes. The sound it makes (through the intake!!!)is out of this world! Its not a looker as the Z4 might be. It has very few luxuries – no stereo, climate control, not to mention the wannabe trunk…. its the stealth car from the Bavarian Autohouse,…. I can carry on and on about the CSL, the Z4 is only a good looking coupe in my eyes, nothing special with too much opposition. CSL – no opposition… it is the opposition!
why pick a 2003 m3 when you can get a 2006 m3.

2003 M3 CSL is more powerful than 2007 Z4 coupe, the M3 is much thrilling behind the wheel. The Z4 cannot match the perfomance of M3.
M3 because the 2000 – 2006 model M3’s are better looking than any Z4 or 2008 M3. Z4 is for rich people that need to show off that they have a convertible.
the m3. but i would rather have a m coupe over an m3. something about those motorsport engines i cant resist.
