2004 BMW 330cic? Good car?

I used to have a 2005 M3 convertible and it was really great and my parents have an '05 330cic and it's also a great car, and I found a BEAUTIFUL absolutely GORGEOUS '04 330cic for sale for only ,700 that I think I'm going to buy for my brother (that lucky little sh*t is only 17 but hey I spoil him!). Is it a good car? What are the main difference between the '04 and the '05? I drove it and it was a little harsh and underpowered, and I actually wasn't impressed, but the guy who I'm buying it from is having the wheels, tires and oil changed as we speak, will that make a big difference in the overall performance, like make what I experienced better? Other than that, the car is loaded, with Harmon Kardon sound system, nav, and a sick M3 body package. It's really a great car and my bro will love it I'm sure! Thanks in advance

    You’re the one saying he’s a lucky sh*t and your driving an M3. The reason you were not impressed with the performance is because you’re used to driving one of the highest performance cars that BMW makes, which is a very high performance car company. And yeah, the ‘04 330ci is a great car.

    Yes, that is an awesome car. There aren’t any differences between the 04 and 05 unless there are different options. Its a great car!

    the Harman/Kardon sound system is great overall. It’s really bad for Bass.

    Whats the difference between all the e46’s anyways. I have a 2000 328Ci but it looks the same as the 01-04 besides the lights and the trunk i think
