Can i drive a e46 bmw m3 on my p plates?

Hi, I get my p plates in 3 weeks and my dad is going to give me his bmw m3 e46 as he has bought another car for himself. I am not sure if i can drivethis on my p plates because it is a performance car. The thing is they say we cant drive turbo or supercharged this car has neither its just fast haha. Do any of use no if i can or where i could find out.

    Don’t see why not unless they have a power limit on non turbo cars, call your local department of vehicle registration, they will tell you for sure, just google them and give ‘em a call, sweet ride to, my mate just sold his m3 to get a 993 porsche, I preferred the m3 to be honest, you’re a lucky boy.

    on p plates you cant drive any bmw m3 this includes e30’s
    also can find out on other cars on rta website

    If you passed your test and have insurance you can drive anything your insurance allows.
