how do i hook up a amp to my head unit for the e46 bmw m3?

it is a sony xplode 800 watt amp. my head unit is the factory unit that comes in the 2005 bmw m3.

    You better have a pro Stereo guy do that for you. Your car already has an amp and taking that out of the picture and putting in your own is a wiring nightmare. The wiring is very complicated for a Novas.
