How much would the e46 bmw m3(2000-2006) values depreciate once the new m3’s are released to the public?

I was just wondering about how much you think the current value of lets say a 2002 m3 that goes for 000, would depreciate in one year once the new model m3's are released to the public later this year. I was just wondering since I am in the market for a e46 m3 but they have always been a bit pricy. Thank you for your answers.

    M3s of every generation tend to hold their values well. The reason is because EVERYONE has your same idea. :p
