How to change E36 M3 Fog Lights?

i just bought an E36 m3 that requires the replacement of the whole fog light component(light and holder). Does anyone know where i can get that information.
-It looks like i have to remove it from underneath, but the air tunnel is in the way and the screw for installing it from outside the bumper i believe is stripped.
