Urethane bumper? is it good?

i have a 99' bmw e46 4 door and i want to get a m3 bumper but i dont have to much money but i found just what i was looking for but the bumper i found it says that is made of urethane? is it a good material? will it last? will the paint stick to the surface? what do you know about urethane body parts?
