What are the specs on a 1999 M3?

I see this silver BMW pull a sick illegal drift U-turn. Later he told me he had an exhaust and performance wheels/tires on his stock 99 M3. I never considered buying BMW, but that looked like a fun weekend cruiser. Price and specs please.
