Racing Dynamics make an awesome M3 kit with TOP of the line materials, side skirts, front and rear bumpers, rear spoiler, mirrors…. it goes for around 290 bucks, or other good chance is ebay, I recently saw a M3 E36 kit for 250 good quality.

Remember, research a bit about the materials before buying, some of them are very cheap and look very good but they crack!!!

All kits come in gray colour and pretty much non of them are pre primed, are you paying a body shop to paint them? You could do it yourself with duplicolor, it works great, believe me we have done this before, buy some priming spray in gray, then some priming filler, then colour and also clear coat, they can look as nice as a professional job.

to paint: Wash bumpers with dish soap, try and hang them so painting becomes easier, once you wash them and they are spotless and perfectly dry use tack cloth to clean after dry to get id of any dust, I woud paint them without even sanding since they come very smooth from the store, apply a very light primer coat…. so light you can still see the originall color underneeth, then once dry apply a second coat, let it dry, then you could add a coat of filler (this only if the surface is not 100% smooth) if you do have to use primer filler apply two light coats, once dry find the rough spots and sand down a little with water and a very light sanding paper, I would say 320 grip, on a 3m sanding block….

alright, if you had to sand down wash again, dry, wipe down with tack cloth and we are ready for the paint…. aply light coats, lettind them dry before the next one, once you’ve reached the solid color look let dry and get ready to apply clear coat, apply 2 clear coats and let dry…. tada! awesome looking bumpers ready to be installed, note: work somewhere free of dust/dirt, open area when painting sice its bad for you.
