will 19 inch m3 evo wheels fit my bmw compact its a 1999 reg i heard tht if i do it wil be a bumpy ride?

ive heard alot of storys by differnt people sum mechanics say jus stik wit 18 inch some say jus put the wheels on and dont do anything to it and some of tehm say that i gta get a supension kit rais it up to fit the wheels on please help me?

    don’t put money into the old BWM. Buy a newer car you can afford. You don’t look rich driving a 10 year old luxury car.
